This property is a perfect base for your Matarangi beach experience. The location is fantastic, just a short walk through a Pohutakawa-lined lane to the stunning beach and huge public reserve. Two tennis courts are 100 metres away at the end of the cul-de-sac.
The house has everything you need for your holiday. Ranchsliders open up the front of the house so you can enjoy the large North-facing BBQ deck from morning until the Sun drops behind the Coromandel ranges at the end of the day.
The large section allows plenty of room to park your boat. Children will enjoy playing on the spacious lawn, or pedalling their bikes and scooters outside the front of the house on the network of footpaths that link right across Matarangi. There is also a handy outdoor shower to wash down after the days activities.
Bedroom 1 has a King bed and ensuite,
Bedroom 2 has a Queen bed
Bedroom 3 has a Double/Single bunk (sleeps 3)
The main bathroom has a bath, shower and vanity and separate toilet.
Washing machine, tub and large vertical freezer are in the laundry.
The kitchen has a large fridge, microwave and electric oven, Nespresso coffee machine (you'll need to bring the coffee pods though) plus all crockery and utensils. No dishwasher.
The Lounge has a TV with freeview (or bring your own sky box) plus an i-Pod compatible CD/Radio stereo.
