With a heat pump/aircon unit in the lounge, you can stay cool during the hot summer months and warm in the winter. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern amenities, including a coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher, full oven, kettle, and toaster. The dining area opens out to a sunny deck area for outdoor dining overlooking the sunny partially fenced garden.
There is off-street for two vehicles, as well as plenty of free on-street parking.

With Cornwall Park at the end of the street guests will enjoy rewarding hikes and amazing views from the top of One Tree Hill. Also within close proximity are Onehunga, Greenlane, and the motorway, making it easy to explore all that Auckland has to offer. There are plenty of public transport options for those who prefer not to drive. Ellerslie train station is a 25 minute walk, and buses can be caught from Horotutu Road (2min walk).
