This Kiawah Island vacation rental offers seasonal community pool access, Turtle Point Golf Course views from the front, and beautiful lagoon views from the back. The home is about a 3-minute walk to the beach.
When you enter the home, the spacious living area offers comfortable couches and a large wall-mounted TV. The living area opens to the dining area with large table and seating for eight. For additional seating there are stools at the kitchen island as well as a table with seating for six on the adjacent screened porch. The fully equipped kitchen has granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and everything you will need to prepare meals during your stay.
The first-floor bedroom has a queen size bed, TV, and an attached bathroom with a shower that can also be accessed from the hallway. On the second floor are two additional bedrooms and bathrooms. The primary suite offers a king size bed, sitting area, TV, deck with lagoon views, and bathroom with separate shower and bathtub. Also on the second floor is a twin bedroom and a hall bathroom with a tub/shower combo. On the third floor is the fourth bedroom with queen size bed, TV, and private bathroom with shower.
The front of the home is wrapped in a large porch lined with rocking chairs and a hammock for relaxing and enjoying the golf views. The screened porch, located in the back of the home, offers a sitting area as well as an outdoor dining area with views of the lagoon and bridge leading to Kiawah's beautiful beach.
