Positive: View,Easy to organize. Catered easily for a larger group with balcony and seating,barbeque. Handy to boat ramp. Easy walk to lake for a swim..walk on a slope. Lovely stay! Beds comfortable. Good showers. Main living upstairs including view.

Negative: Just in morning sun poured in so had to draw curtains to east for a while..
