With a spacious living area and enough beds for all the family, this is the perfect place to base your next adventure.
Open plan, sunny living area that includes two separate sitting areas and a dining table. It has both a large fireplace and a heat pump for rainy days.
One end of the house has a spacious master bedroom (Queen bed) with an attached sunroom, kitchenette and ensuite bathroom. The other end of the house has two bedrooms, one with a Queen bed and the other with bunks (double on bottom, single on top), and a bathroom.
Large deck with a BBQ. Outdoor bath on a separate deck for relaxing under the stars. Outdoor wood BBQ with outdoor seating in the backyard.
Child friendly with toys, highchair and a portacot.
Dogs are welcome and the property is fully fenced.

5 mins walk to the jetty at beautiful Lake Okareka. 5 mins drive to Lake Tikitapu (Blue Lake), 10 mins drive to Lake Tarawera, 10 mins drive to the main entrance of Redwoods forest. 15 minutes drive to the middle of Rotorua.
Okareka is a beautifully peaceful little community with many beaches and walks to explore.
Please note: this booking is for the entire upstairs of the house. Permanent tenants live downstairs in a self contained flat. The tenants have their own separate driveway and entrance, and there is no internal stairway. We have endeavoured to make sure both our guests and our tenants have privacy.
