Property is situated just of the main road South to Napier and provides a private setting with no neighbors. Lifestyle block, 12 minutes drive to Napier CBD. Backs onto paddock with sheep and miniature pony. The cottage is situated in a sunny position at the back of our yard which contains a large private workshop.
If your main requirement is location with views, then this may not be right for you. But if lovely, stylish, private accommodation great price, is your priority well this is it.
Also, as it is just off the main road to Napier there may be some muffled traffic noise at times. So please take this into consideration when booking.
The Bay View/ Eskdale area offers a very popular Mountain bike track and trail bike riding.
