Stunning man made ponds and waterfall grace the rural setting with rolling lawns and mountain backdrop. There are outbuildings for storage and a stunning self sustained vegetable and flower garden. Not to mention a gorgeous tennis court, hot tub, and a Finnish style traditional sauna with cold therapy chilled shower and attached changing room. Nestled and hidden away in the natives garden, this is your very own secluded retreat.
Outdoor living is well catered for with a huge wraparound deck and sheltered courtyard area which is a fantastic feature of this home. The kitchen area is the central hub for family gatherings with a window seat, timber topped island bench and seating - a centre piece to any country style kitchen. There is a second cosy lounge when needed which also opens to the west deck. This property has been kitted out with wood burners and central heating for those colder months keeping the interior super toasty warm.

Getting Around:
Arrowtown is 15 minutes’ drive from Queenstown International Airport. Major rental car firms have bases at the airport.
The Orbus service from Queenstown and Frankton is $2 with an Orbus Go Card. Take the blue Arthurs Point to Arrowtown Route which stops in Queenstown and in the Frankton Hub before heading to Arrowtown.
