Positive: stunning view over Rotorua, cute tiny house with all amenities you could ask for. Kitchen and bathroom well equipped, perfect for longer stay in my opinion (I stayed 4 nights, but could’ve definitely stayed longer). Very safe due to gated access. Farmland with alpakas and sheep. Communication with property manager super prompt and smooth! Distance to Rotorua town only about 10-15 mins by car. Another bonus of the location is this house is that up the hill you don’t smell the typical sulfur smell of Rotorua (which personally didn’t bother me anyway)
