Two storeyed with one double bedroom and one twin bedroom upstairs and a double bedroom and triple bedroom downstairs. Offers separate bedroom accommodation and separate bathrooms for two families with shared kitchen and living area. Fully equipped with all modern appliances. Extensive sunny deck which allows superb indoor/outdoor living.
Safe swimming. Surf at Woolley’s Bay or nearby iconic Sandy Bay (5 mins drive). Easy walking through bush reserve to beautiful Whale Bay or the golden white sand of Matapouri Bay.
The Matapouri store is a 20 minute walk through bush for your daily paper or basic supplies.
