The main level opens directly onto a large, sun drenched entertaining deck that connects the open plan kitchen and living area to a freestanding double bedroom with its own ensuite. This layout creates a sense of space and separation while still feeling connected, ideal for slow mornings outside, shared meals, and quiet evenings at home.
The kitchen and living area sit at the heart of the home and are designed for ease rather than formality. Large openings allow fresh air and light to move through the space, bringing the outdoors in while maintaining privacy for guests. The deck becomes a natural extension of the living area, offering a comfortable place to relax throughout the day.
On the lower level of the main house, two additional double bedrooms are accessed via an external staircase. Each bedroom has its own private deck, offering quiet, personal outdoor space. This level also includes a full bathroom and a laundry, making the home practical for longer stays or guests who prefer a little separation between sleeping areas.

Driving is straightforward from this location, with supermarkets, vineyards, beaches, and ferry services all a short distance away. Parking is available at the property.

Waiheke relies entirely on rainwater tanks, and water is a limited natural resource on the island. To support sustainable living and protect local supply, especially during the drier summer months, we ask guests to be mindful of their water use throughout their stay.
