Reminiscent of a traditional Kiwi bach, imagine you or your group stretching out and enjoying the spacious, sun drenched deck for ideal outdoor living all day. Whether you want to show off your BBQ skills, cook a good meal in the well equipped kitchen or grab some delicious fish and chips, Beachfront Bliss has you covered. With three bedrooms sleeping up to 7 people, there is just the right amount of space for your family or group to unwind in there own space after a good day down on the beach making the most of the sea and sand just a stones throw from the back deck. The outdoor hot water shower is great for washing off after swimming. A large lawn between the house and the beach, means privacy from the street and plenty of room for the kids to play. Perfectly situated right in the middle of the beach, well away from the public access points, safe swimming right in front of the property at all tides and less than 5 mins walk from the local shops, cafe and fish and chip shop. For a Coromandel getaway to remember, come and soak up the beachfront bliss at Cooks Beach! Special conditions: As the property has unfenced beach access, adults are encouraged to closely supervise young children while outside to ensure they are safe around water. Please note the TV has no reception and is only for use with the video player. Between 20th December to 28th February bookings that leave only a one night gap between existing bookings will not be accepted. The view is from the dunes at the end of the property rather than the house itself. Competent driving skills are required to reverse a boat and trailer into the driveway.
