Comfortable, modern, light and airy house at beautiful, safe Flaxmill Bay beach. Less than 200 metres walk to the lovely local beach. Also very close to Front Beach, Ferry Landing and Eggscentric Cafe. 10 minute walk to the passenger ferry across to the friendly town of Whitianga where you will find lots of nice shops, supermarkets and a cinema. Short drive to Cooks Beach, Hahei, Cathedral Cove and Hot Water Beach. Good diving, fishing, swimming, and handy boat ramp and shops at Cook beach. Flat section in quiet friendly cul de sac with room to park a boat. Good areas for cycling with children and plenty of beautiful walking tracks. Excellent family beach.
