The living room opens to a large sunny deck, ideal to relax on with family and friends while enjoying a pleasant lake view. There is a wall-mounted heater on the deck for use on chilly evenings. The outdoor living and garden is fully fenced, making it very safe for children. There are also DVDs, table tennis and heaps of books to keep everyone occupied! This home has the added feature of a modern wood-burner which, combined with an HRV ventilation system, helps ensure a warm and comfortable atmosphere. The large double garage has secure internal access, plus there is additional off-street parking for cars and boats. The Two Mile Bay boat ramp is only 400m away. Whether you are in Taupo to relax or to participate in an event, you will find your stay at Pipi Villa memorable. Linen and housekeeping charges are included in tariff.
