Wonderful Waterfront Lake Hartwell Home features 4 bedrooms (2 king master bedrooms with garden tub and shower and 2 queen bedrooms), plus sofa-bed in basement. Main Entry Level has living room, dining room, kitchen, and a large screen porch. If you love being outdoors, you will be spending lots of family time on this exquisite screen porch.
On the second level upstairs you will find one of our spacious king master bedrooms and master baths with garden tub and shower plus 2 other queen bedrooms. The basement level is ready for fun and equipped with a few games, ping pong/pool table, and flatscreen tv. Also located on the basement level is the second master bedroom with on-suite master bath.
Take a stroll down the concrete walkway to our swim platform boat dock. Martin Creek Cove offers deep water with little boat traffic, making it the perfect private spot for swimming and fishing. We offer our neighborhood boat ramp for launching your boat at the end of the street. There are also several boat/paddle board/kayak rental outfitters in the area, if you prefer not to bring your own.
All of our homes come fully furnished with linens, towels, coffee pot, Keurig machine, and everything needed to prepare a family feast! This family friendly neighborhood is located very close to Clemson University campus. No smoking and no pets. Lake Hartwell is a beautiful mountain area lake in the upstate of South Carolina.
