Summary: I would like to say thank you to the staff. I made a mistake checking in , and the staff was so helpful with getting my situation resolved! I am extremely grateful! I always look forward to staying at Best Western Tuscaloosa. The chocolate chip cookies just adds a chef kiss! Special shout out to front desk clerk Alayah (sp) you were great, thank you for your help!
