The third bedroom is located nice and privately at the end of the hall and has a separate toilet nice and handy.
The kitchen flows to the indoor dining and lounge...and the outdoor area which is covered and surrounded by lovely gardens can be accessed via the lounge or the dining room. So you can easily spark up the BBQ and be able to mingle with those inside...
