When you enter this lovely 2 bedroom home you will immediately notice the large, oversized yard which provides spectacular sunlight, views and sunsets, but also loads of privacy at the private pool and spa. Enjoy watching the golfers or stroll down to one of private ski lakes and take a waterski set or lesson! You may even catch a local waterski tournament where you can watch world class waterskiers competing onsite! Skiers will really enjoy the "41 off hall of fame" wall which has autographed pictures of all the skiers who have attained this rare feat!
The attached lanai offers the very finest of blended outdoor and indoor living. You'll find a large outdoor dining table which seats 6 as well as an indoor dining table. You'll find comfortable outdoor seating while enjoying the pool and spa or step inside to the beautifully decorated living room to view your favorite TV show. Both areas include sliding glass doors that completely open up to the lanai. This spacious area with the view of the golf course offers rest and serenity to all who visit.
One Queen bedroom has its own private bathroom with a walk in shower and updated granite vanity and fixtures. The 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed and is located down a small hallway, just past the 'Wall of 41-off'. In between the bedrooms is located a large shared bathroom with upgraded fixtures, large walk in shower, and lots of towels for private use as well as the pool. One can come in from the lanai to use the shared bath in the hallway if needed.

The kitchen is well stocked with everything you will need for a comfortable stay. Nearby is the garage where guests can use the washing machine and dryer.
