This cottage is privately surrounded by a well established garden and situated on peaceful Bills Way, close to the lake and town centre. Plenty of private space for vehicles and a boat. Recently upgraded, the modern furnishing complement the property's rustic charm.
Kitchen is fully equipped with a good range cooking utensils and tableware.
The living area features an open plan kitchen/lounge space with ample sofas, large dining table, a great wood burner with firewood supplied.
There is also a night store heater in the lounge room and heater in the far bedroom.

We use only eco-friendly cleaning products. Sheets and towels are provided. We recommend you bring your own beach towels.
Interaction with Guests:
Wanaka Holiday Homes office hours are Monday to Friday: 8am to 5pm and Saturday: 9am to 2pm. We are available after hours for urgent matters. You will be provided with arrival instructions one week prior to arrival. This is self catering holiday home accommodation. We provide sheets and towels but you will need to bring you own personal supplies.
