Inside this home, you'll find one bedroom with a King bed and plenty of room for your stuff. You'll also find one bedroom with two Twin beds. Shared in this hallway is a full bath.
Complete your beach experience and do all your cooking and eating in your kitchen and dining area. No need to spend all your money on restaurants unless you want to! The adjacent living area offers a nice place to unwind after a long day on the water. Get a little too wet and need to do your laundry while you're here? This floor offers a half bath with a washer and dryer. The second level deck also provides seating to include a swing and rocking chairs.
Take the beach chairs under the house, and head down to the shore for a full day of fun in the sun. After a long day spent on the beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower! Spend an evening in the comfortable lounge area under the house. Relax in the hammock with a book while listening to the calming sounds of nature. Make your way up to the roof-top deck to hang out on the bench in the late afternoon sun. Or fill your afternoon grilling out on the charcoal grill.

**Colington Harbour is a private gated subdivision and will require you to get a guest pass at the gate before entry. Tell the gate guard the address of the home and how long your trip is for the appropriate pass.**
**To access the community pool, just provide the address of Colington Charm when asked. To use the tennis courts, guests will have to go to the office at the clubhouse/pool area.*
Check-in begins at 4 pm. Your keyless entry code will begin granting access at this time.
