This is a purpose built family bach, built in 2006. Comfortable and warm with a wood burner for cooler nights, there is huge deck which can be closed off for little ones to play without getting into trouble. Child gates are also provided at the top and bottom of the internal stairs. 5 minutes walk to a lovely safe swimming beach with boat ramp. Being situated in the centre of GBI, Okupu is ideal for visiting all the locations the GBI has to offer. Numerous beautiful walks close on hand from easy (take a push chair) to strenuous (need to rest up for a couple of days afterwards). Cooking is covered by a two burner hobs, small oven and a BBQ. There is no TV but good cell phone coverage for hot spotting. Also a good set of iPod speakers are provided. All power is 12 volt - lights included, and there is an inverter for charging mobiles and computers, etc.
If the stay is for 2 nights only there is surcharge of $20/night.
