Very comfortable house with views to the mountain and also peeps of the Lake. Great location in Waipahihi which is about 6 min to town and also you can walk to the lake in about 6-8 minutes with a rotary reserve across the road. Richmond shops is a 5min walk which includes a Dairy, Hairdresser, Fish n Chips and a Liquor store.
The house has an open plan kitchen and living room which goes out to a deck which has an outdoor table and 4 chairs. The house has two bedrooms upstairs with a shower/bathroom and seperate toilet, the 3rd bedroom is downstairs with a shower/bathroom and toilet off the single garage.
The house has a heatpump/air conditioning unit upstairs and a BBQ. No internet is available at the property. House has a single internal access garage ideal for a small boat or bikes.
