Close to UGA Campus and located on Milledge Avenue, this is a prime location and a freshly updated space. From the condo you are 5 minutes to campus and 30 seconds from the loop to put you anywhere else in Athens. The condo has two big bedrooms (one with a king and the other with a queen) and a pull out couch in the living room. This condo is dedicated to visits just like yours, so it's like staying in a hotel only with a lot more space! A perfect home base for your stay in the Classic City.
The space is really comfortable and hopefully you can immediately feel at home. Newly remodeled kitchen, lots of space, comfortable beds, and close to everything!
The Neighborhood- The condo is located in a quiet complex tucked off of Milledge Avenue just seconds from the Loop. You can usually find a parking space very close to the unit.
Guest Access- We will email you a personal code to access the space while you are in town.
Other Things To Note- High-speed internet is provided but no cable TV service is provided. Each of the 2 TV's are smart tv's and it is very simple to login to your provider and stream whatever your like (If you already have cable, netflix, hulu, etc.). The unit is on the ground floor and is connected to other units on either side and above, so you will hear some noises through the walls (hopefully not too much!). Also, the bathroom to the master bedroom does not have a door, but is tucked behind a wall.
