Contemporary, comfortable house located on a back section in a very quiet and safe street. New 32" Smart TV in bedroom with Netflix etc. with a bigger screen in the lounge. An easy flat walk to the centre of the city (about 30 minutes) and about 15-minute walk to shops, Malls, city, Buses, Train Station. Excellent bus service 5 minutes walk away.
The master bedroom is comfortable and warm. Good wardrobe space to hang and store your clothes and bags in. Please note that the price is for a maximum of five people only (the advertised price is for two people - $50/night per person after this). The second bedroom has two king single beds with electric blankets, quality linen and bedding and good storage space. A European designed quality extra large foldaway single bed is available which can be put in lounge for an extra guest.
You can access the property 24 hours/day. During your stay please make yourself at home by having free access to all rooms and outdoor spaces with the exception of my bedroom. You will be provided with keys for the house and the alarm code so you can be assured that you and your possessions are safe and secure although the area I live in is recognised as being a safe and quiet one.
To ensure your comfort and safety during your stay the following has been installed:
- A monitored smoke alarm.
- A methamphetamine detector
- Security cameras: One is located at the front door (on the outside), one is in the locked third bedroom, and one is located in a partitioned section of the garage which is closed off to guests.
