Set in the beautiful Raumati South, 40 mins drive from Wellington. Suitable for 2 adults and up to 4 children. The completely renovated bach is just 100m down the road from the amazing Raumati South Social Club (cafe) and Raumati South Shops which include a 4 Square supermarket, Fish and Chips, Asian Takeaways and a restaurant. 10 minute walk down the Road to the beach, and a short drive to the beautiful QE2 park, perfect for walking and mountain biking. Close to Raumati Beach shops, Marine Gardens and the awesome splash pad. No better place to holiday or come for a weekend escape. Huge back section, to run around on, play a game of rugby or soccer, perfect for entertaining the kids. Outdoor table and chairs with BBQ. Fully equiped kitchen with cleaning products and basic pantry supplies. Flat screen TV with freeview and dvd player. Master bedroom with Queen bed and bunk room has 3 single beds and an extra camp bed if required. We supply pillows, duvets and blankets. All other linen can be supplied at an additional cost. See note below. Bathroom with shower over bath (cleaning products supplied). Washing maching in bathroom and clothes horses supplied for drying. There is also a small fold out couch in living room. Note: Electric blanket on queen bed. Electric heater in living area. Oil heater for bedroom. Yes the driveway is steep but once you are up you will appreciate the Bach and all it has to offer. Special conditions: Please note the per night fee is for max of 5 people = 2 Adults and 3 Children. Extra fee of $10 per person per night. Check in is from 3pm and check out is 11am. You can request early check in or late check out which we will try to accomodate but is not guaranteed and is largely depending on existing bookings. NOTE: Guests must bring their own linen and clean the Bach before they leave. You must also take all of your rubbish with you.
