Welcome to Cottage Chic, your glamorous monthly rental located in the heart of downtown Easley. We are a pet friendly ($250 fee) home for rent for extended stays of 30 days to 6 months.
Upon arrival, guests may park in the spacious driveway. Our front door is equipped with a smart lock for convenient and simple entry. Inside the cottage, you will be greeted with gorgeous decor and all you need to have a comfortable and convenient stay. Our kitchen has all appliances and is fully stocked with all you need to cook and bake. Our coffee station includes a Keurig as well! Off the kitchen is our chic living room, which includes a smart tv (Roku), sofa, and accent chairs for you to kick back and relax.
The bathroom includes complimentary toiletries and fluffy towels for you, with a tub/shower combination, single vanity, and toilet.
Off the living room is the queen bedroom, which is made with premium linens for your enjoyment. This bedroom includes a large dresser for storage.
The laundry room also includes a stackable washer/dryer and complimentary detergent.
The primary bedroom includes a luxurious king-sized bed and thoughtful decor. The large dresser provides ample storage. We included a smart tv in this bedroom for streaming with your services.

You may access the entire space- save one locked cleaning closet.
We are in a quiet residential area in the heart of DT Greenville.
We recommend bringing your own vehicle.
We are a duplex. The owners spared no expense and included high-end sound proofing in the adjoining walls.
Smoking is permitted outside, provided all exterior doors are closed and buds are disposed of safely (ie, not in a trash bag/paper cup/or other flammable container).
Smoking indoors or leaving buds in the yard is prohibited and will incur a $250 fine.
Leaving pet waste in the yard will incur a $250 fine.
No tampering with the router, smart lock, or ring doorbell.
Out of respect for the neighbors, quiet hours are from 10pm-6am.
