There is a queen size bed and a pull out couch that turns into a double bed. local dairy/fish & chip shop is flat 5 minute walk. Fabulous surfing and fishing. A short 30 minute drive to Rotorua, 15 minutes to Papamoa and 20 minutes to The Mount and Tauranga easy 30 Whakatane and Ohope! Or hit the slopes in Taupo and come to walk the beach. Central but well out of the way. Paradise Found!
