There are 2 small lounges(1 upstairs, 1 down).
The upstairs area has a fold down single bed (if required).

Please note..
The Penthouse is at the top of many other apartments which are all governed by a Body Corporate. Basically this means that there are levels of conduct and noise which have to be adhered to! These conditions are out of our control, but thought you need to know in case this doesn't suit you. BC Handbook is provided.
