This lovely, warm family home is situated in the upper reaches of Richmond next to a stream and close to the hills in a perfect spot to explore Nelson and Tasman's attractions. Nearby activities include a 5 min ride to the Great Taste Tasman cycle trail, a short walk to the trails in the hills with lovely views, a local cafe, and Tahuna and Rabbit Island beaches are a short drive away. Enjoy visiting local vineyards, mountain bike trails, micro-breweries, arts and crafts galleries and cafe/restaurants.
The home's open plan living areas are light and warm with tasteful and comfortable furnishings. Sliding stackers open to a large, north-facing archgola-covered patio area perfect for BBQ's (a portable BBQ is available) and evening drinks.
The lounge entertainment unit includes a smart TV and soundbar with SKY Sport and Netflix, and a bluetoothed stereo system.
The kitchen is well appointed with full induction hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and fridge with ice maker and water dispenser.
There are three bedrooms, two with queen-sized beds and the other with a King single. All linen and towels are supplied. The main bedroom has a walk-in wardrobe and ensuite with a walk-in shower. Outside areas are cosy with newly planted gardens. There is little play area, however, there is a large, open area 2 min walk away for kicking balls, throwing frisbees etc and a playground about 5 min walk away. Off street parking is available for 2 vehicles.
