This was our personal home—we designed and built it from the ground up. Heated floors in the bathrooms, ceiling speakers throughout, jetted jacuzzi tub, private hot tub, fire pit with string-lit pergola, EV charger, Golden Tee arcade, and a stacked board game collection. Chef’s kitchen with gas range, pot filler, and Nespresso. Near Topgolf, the Grove, Enterprise Center, and Busch Stadium. We lived here four years with zero issues. Now it’s yours to enjoy.
This was our personal home. We designed and built it from the ground up, and now we’re opening it to guests who appreciate the details.
The bathrooms have heated floors you can control yourself. Ceiling speakers run throughout the house, including the bathrooms, so you can AirPlay your music once and let it fill every room. Upstairs, there’s a jetted jacuzzi tub for decompressing after long days. Outside, a private hot tub sits in a fenced backyard alongside a fire pit with lounge chairs under a string-lit pergola. There’s an egg swing chair on the lawn and a second-floor deck that’s perfect for morning coffee.
The kitchen is built for real cooking. Farmhouse sink, gas range with a brass pot filler, quartz countertops, air fryer, and a Nespresso machine stocked and ready. We leave the pantry with the basics, oils, spices, honey, tea, and coffee, so you don’t have to run to the store right away. A full washer and dryer are on-site.
The primary bedroom feels like its own retreat, with an exposed brick fireplace, wall-mounted TV, and a sitting area with an ornate gold mirror and bouclé armchair. Two of the three bedrooms have their own large TVs. The open layout flows naturally from the living room through the dining room and into the kitchen, centered around a reclaimed wood dining table that seats the whole group comfortably.
You’ll also find thoughtful extras throughout the home: an EV charger if you drive electric, a Golden Tee arcade game, and a shelf stocked with a variety of board games for nights in.
The location is hard to beat. You’re near Topgolf, minutes from The Grove, and under ten minutes from Enterprise Center and Busch Stadium. Target, Starbucks, and Chipotle are all close by for quick runs, and Highways 64 and 44 make it easy to get anywhere in the city. Two dedicated parking spots are available in back.
If you’re visiting St. Louis for the first time and feeling unsure because of some of the stories you’ve heard, we understand. We lived in this home ourselves for four years and never had a single issue. It’s tucked into a quiet residential street while staying connected to everything.

Neighborhood Feral Cats
Our block has a small crew of feral cats who occasionally lounge in the backyard, especially during quiet moments. They’re lovingly looked after by the neighborhood, and you might spot a few stopping by for a snack. We even keep some cat food in the basement if you’d like to join in.
They are truly feral, meaning they’re shy and will scamper off if you get too close, so they won’t bother guests at all. We’ve also started the TNR (Trap–Neuter–Return) process for most of them, so they’re part of a well-cared-for, peaceful little ecosystem built on neighborly kindness.
