The Space:
The main house features three spacious bedrooms and two modern bathrooms, providing a comfortable stay for families or small groups. Just a short 20-metre walk from the house is a cozy cabin overlooking one of the paddocks, offering two additional beds for extra guests or those seeking a little more privacy. For added flexibility, the garage has been transformed into a fun rumpus room complete with a sofa bed, TV, and its own separate bathroom and toilet. It’s perfect for a bit of extra space or for kids to enjoy their own area while adults relax in the main house.
In addition to this, you'll also have the cottage which is around 60m from the main house. The cottage is self contained with its own bathroom and kitchenette so perfect for those wanting their own space.
The location is perfect for those planning on doing Rotorua's adventure activities with Skyline, Zorb, Paradise Valley Lion Park, Agroventures, Wingspan and The Agrodome all just a short drive away.

The Neighborhood:
The Homestead is situated in Pukehangi, a residential area just 10min drive to the city centre. The Paradise Valley Springs Wildlife Park is just 7km away where you can see all manor of wildlife including their lions!
Overlooking the farm is the stunning bush-covered Mt Ngongotaha which can be best appreciated by walking the Mt Ngongotaha Forest Loop or Jubilee track, both of which start from a carpark 5 mins drive from the farm. For a more adventurous option, you can also walk by foot following the tracks that circuit the farm to reach Pukehangi Rd and a short 1kmh walk along the road to the carpark
For thrill seekers and mountain bikers, the Homestead is a short bike or drive away from Skyline Rotorua, Rotorua’s famous home of the luge, skyswing, ziplines, gondola, MTB Park and Stratosfere Restaurant.
Getting Around:
Given the location of The Homestead at 22 Diamond Street, 3015 Rotorua, New Zealand, we suggest using your own vehicle for transportation. Complimentary parking is provided, both on the property and on the street. Public transportation isn't readily available in the area. The Rotorua Airport (ROT) is a short 15-minute drive. This allows for easy access to the local attractions and surrounding areas, ensuring you can explore Rotorua with ease.
