Upstairs has a large living, dining, and kitchen area. The kitchen has been recently renovated providing guests with high quality appliances and finishings. Upstairs has 3 generously sized bedrooms all with queen size beds, wardrobes, and double glazing to maximise warmth and reduce any noise from outside (photos of the bedrooms, bathrooms, and lounge areas will be listed on 11th December 2023 after they have been furnished and styled). The upper level has a large bathroom with a washing machine conveniently located inside making washing an easy task during your stay should you require. You will also find a separate toilet room providing guests with 2 toilets upstairs, and 1 downstairs. Enjoy the fabulous indoor outdoor flow that this home provides, with access to a sun room conveniently located next to the lounge. The sun room leads you out onto a large elevated deck providing you with extensive panoramic views of the west, and of the CBD.
Downstairs you will find 1 moderate size bedroom with a comfortable queen bed and a walk in wardrobe, a full size bathroom, a generously sized kitchenette, and a large lounge and dining area. Downstairs there are 2 fold out sofa beds where the 9th and 10th guest would sleep should you book for 10 people.
Take advantage of the large driveway area where you can safely park 6+ vehicles off the road, or simply use this as a place for the kids to run around and burn off some energy.
This home has no shortage of storage with wardrobes in every room, and cupboards almost everywhere you look.
The entire home will be available to guests, minus the garage which will be the only area of the house unavailable for guest access.
Please bear in mind that there are approx 25 wooden steps that are required to walk up to access the upstairs area. These steps are not safe for children under the age of 3, so please bear this in mind when booking, and proceed with caution should you choose to book with young children.
There are multiple levels in each area of the home e.g. the kitchen and dining area is 1 step up from the lounge area, and the bedroom areas are another 2 step up. Please watch your step in all areas of the home.

If you are interested in visiting some local wineries, or going strawberry picking with the kids this summer, Kumeu is only a 10 minute drive away. Auckland CBD is a 15-20 minute drive from the property, depending on traffic and the route in which you take.
There is a bus stop right outside the property, and uber is available at this address too. However a car would be your best way to get around.
