Summary: my flight landed pretty late at night and i didn’t know the shuttle had to be called in . the front desk person was incredible and got me set up shuttle driver Bill arrived quickly and was so nice. i wish i could remember the front desk woman’s name but she was so kind to me check in was quick she noticed i was traveling alone and made sure i was safe. Room was spotless and very comfortable and they accommodated me with a late check out since i arrived pretty late. i will definitely be back! noticed that i was a woman
