Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The person (Ali) managing the apartment was awesome. He was helpful and apologetic. Good work Ali bro. The location is right in the centre of Rotorua. Very good and handy for meals, etc. I would stay again but at a cheaper price.

Negative: I didn't like the fact that the place was hard to find. The street number is wrong. Finally, I got a hold of the owner who gave me the information for the place. I had to go into a bakery shop and ask the owners where the room/apartment was. Then I had to wait for the person managing the place to show me the room and give me the keys. Maybe lower the pricing to reflect the conditions of the apartment. Change your information on Booking.com, please. The photos need updating and putting more on the website.
