Positive: Privacy, location, amenities (eg hairdryer, bathroom products, kitchen necessities etc), great communication and offers to have extras.

Negative: It wasn’t an inconvenience for us as we had a rental car, but anyone staying without one might find it a bit hard to walk to things. Really no complaints from us.
