Discover our family retreat nestled in the charming coastal town of Riverton, Aparima. Recently constructed in 2021, our place offers an idyllic escape for those in pursuit of serene getaways and breathtaking natural landscapes.
Merely a 2-minute stroll from Mitchell's Bay, our bach has views of the ocean, surrounding fields and the local neighbourhood. The moment you step indoors, a warm and welcoming atmosphere awaits you.
The open-plan living area features cosy furnishings with large windows/skylights providing ample natural light. The heat pump efficiently warms the entire space. As a new build, it is well-insulated and has double-glazed windows, ensuring year-round comfort.
While compact, the kitchen is fully equipped with essentials for your stay, including a coffee machine, Nutri Bullet, and a compact dishwasher. We keep the kitchen well-supplied with tea, coffee, regular/almond milk, juice, breakfast cereals, pantry basics, kids' snacks, and sweet treats.*
Should you prefer dining out, the Beachhouse Restaurant is just a short walk away.
The master bedroom has a comfortable queen bed and a built-in wardrobe. Additionally, we provide a hairdryer, iron, and ironing board for your convenience.
In the kid's room, there's custom-made king-single triple bunk beds and a 6-drawer dresser.
The bathroom, albeit small, offers a warm and invigorating shower, along with a toilet, basin, washing machine, and a portable clothes drying rack. We provide shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, F50 sun cream, and eco-friendly cleaning products. The property features a whole-house water filter.
An array of toys, games, colouring books, and a selection of kids' DVDs are available to keep the little ones entertained. Please note that the TV doesn't have Freeview.
Beneath the deck, there is a kids' den with numerous outdoor toys and toddler bikes. Ample space under the deck is available for storing surfboards and bikes.
