Papamoa is a beautiful peaceful location and that describes the house. Large outdoor area that we call the 'barn' is a perfect place to chill hidden from direct sun or enjoy the fireplace in evening. You can also indulge in a 4m heated by sun swimming pool that even has a waterfall. It is 5 mins walk to beach, 2km to Papamoa Plaza Shopping centre and restaurants, or 2km to Bayfair Shopping Centre. Mount Maunganui is about 15 mins drive. The house has 4 bedrooms, but we reserve one bedroom to keep our belongings, it is fully air- conditioned and has a space for 6 cars or boat and 4 cars. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, bedroom 1 has very large single, bedroom 2 has large single and a bunk bed, plus there is a sofa double bed in a very spacy living room.
NOTE: Under Kiwi bach tradition you are expected to: Clean the house and do the dishes before you leave; Bring your own linen (towels/sheets/tea towels);
