Being part of Waiheke Resort, this Villa has access to the restaurant that is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner and is a picturesque stroll to Palm Beach itself. The lovely large deck is where you will spend most of the day taking in the views and enjoying the all-day sun. There is a bus stop directly across the road from the resort and local shops include a dairy and only 4km away from some of Waiheke's Finest vineyards such as Stoneyridge, Te Motu, Tantalus Estate and Wild on Waiheke.
Villa Blanc is on 1 level and has easy access with no stairs and includes off street parking. The convenience of a fully equipped kitchen means you can experience the best of Waiheke, whether you choose to venture out or dine in. It comes with a 4 burner electric stove top, oven, dishwasher and bar fridge. The living room is the hub of the home and comes complete with a reverse cycle heat pump, flat screen TV, stereo and more of those beautiful views. Washing machines and dryers are available for guests in the resort. There is plenty of drying space available on the large deck for beach towels, swimmers, boogie boards etc.
PLEASE NOTE: An exit cleaning fee will apply to each stay. All linen and towels are supplied but please bring your own beach towels.
Minimum stays: Seven nights between mid-December and mid-January, two nights all other times and three nights for public holiday weekends. A security deposit of $300 is charged to your credit card seven days prior to the booking and refunded the week following your booking. A 3.5% credit card surcharge applies to card payments.
Charges apply for use of the resort swimming pool and mini golf.
