Sky TV Sports, Netflix and unlimited wifi are a must for sports fans like us, with 50in television in the lounge, and a 40in in the master & kids bedroom with Xbox so you can enjoy some well deserved peace & quiet.
New flooring, drapes, a fresh new paint in the bedrooms and lounge, and a long overdue new bathroom & kitchen. Log burner and a fresh new look should see you right for your break with 2 dog kennels out the back so your fluffy friends can come on holiday as well.
Both front and back of the property is fully fenced and gated with large grassy areas to play or relax in surrounded by fruit trees.
The kids and you alike wont get bored with unlimited wifi and Xbox as well as an old school Atari console for us oldies, a huge selection of bluray & dvd movies as well as many family favourite board games.
Complimentary tea and coffee is provided.
A 5min drive to down town Napier with bars, cafes & restaurants a must.
Across the road is a huge walking park with a brand new playground for the kids and dogs alike.

We supply all towels and bed linen but now we have a $85 cleaning fee that is compulsory with little hassle for all. Simply leave your laundry in the laundry for our lovely cleaner to deal with after your stay.
