Six bedrooms and six and a half baths span the three floors, including a bunk room. Most bathrooms offer pure extravagance with walk-in showers, Jacuzzi tubs, and plentiful counter/sink space.
What’s most unique about this luxury rental is that it has two … yes, count them … TWO kitchens. The first is on the ground floor and would be perfect for a family with small children. However, the main kitchen is on the second floor. It features a gourmet chef’s dream with Viking appliances and a wraparound breakfast bar. This private community association has contracted with Sun, Sand and Sea for beach service rentals, which includes beach chairs and beach umbrellas. Personal tents, umbrellas, baby tents, tarps, and canopy setups are not allowed per the association rules. Outside golf cart rentals are not allowed per the association rules.
