Summary: I had a twin room with en suite which was fine for the few nights I stayed. I wasn't really given much detail about the facilities when I checked in other than the common room. To be honest, there seemed to be some massive group of, possibly french, children taking over the downstairs area every time I seemed to be going in or out so I could not get near the facilities in there. The other annoying and disappointing thing was that my room seemed to be in a corrider where this group was staying. I understand quiet hours are from 10pm, but the yelling, screaming, slamming of doors, trying my door on multiple occasions and indeed, falling into my room as they were leaning on my door while I was trying to exit, from about 8pm to 10pm and from 7am was really unacceptable. I attempted to speak to the adults with the group however, other than the odd 'sssh' every so often, I really don't think they cared. If you are getting a room with private facilities ask if you can be situated away from any groups.
