Summary: Our twin room with ensuite room was clean and tidy. Bathroom space was not utilised and did not provide shelf/counter space or hooks for two. The kitchen was atrociously out of date in comparison to the rest of the place, which was clean and pleasantly decorated. Large communal area was cold, asked to have the big gas fire place turned on when 2bus loads of extra people arrived - an oil heater was added to the communal area.
