Fabulous, sunny, 660 square foot 1 bedroom apartment in a 1920's historic home. Epicenter of the restaurant and brewery scene, everything is steps away. The Orange Peel & Asheville Yards (former Rabbit Rabbit) venues just a 3 minute walk...we are right in the middle. If you get in early enough, you can hear warm up at Asheville Yards from the building. Private parking. Second floor with large windows and hardwood floors. Same building as our other listings. Bedroom has a comfy queen bed, with full trundle. Living room has a luxurious couch and ottoman which can also serve as a sleeper when combined. Claw foot tub with shower. Full size equipped kitchen. Roku TV with Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, Etc. Wifi. Building is downtown but still on a relatively quiet street. Historic character but updated. It is an upstairs apartment so please keep that in mind when walking around late or early hours (especially in kitchen which is above bedroom downstairs). Parking lot for one car, you won't need to drive anywhere downtown. All 4 of our Airbnb's are in the same building if needed for large groups. No pets, parties or smoking on premises. Please be honest with number of guests and respectful to other guests with noise level. We typically leave the keys but enjoy meeting guests when it works out. This is a gem location on a residential street, yet steps to everything downtown. Bus station is a few blocks away, less than 5 minute walk.
