Our home enjoys an elevated position at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac on Mount Paku. Paku walkway is just out the backdoor and the picturesque esplanade & cafes are just a 5min walk away. The patrolled Ocean beach is a 10minute walk or 2mins by car.
The home is open plan with a retro vibe, high ceilings in the living, wide open decks and two grass pads to get the sun wherever you are ( or shade as required).
There is a top restaurant in a 5 min walk and great local shops and golf course 5 mins away by car.
There is off street parking for up to 4 cars but no parking available on the road.
