Summary: Front desk when checking in could have been more friendly in checking us in. It was late, but her attitude was like she was sleeping. Room service, I thought included making up beds, when I got back in my room on Saturday night and saw my bed was not made, I was very disappointed in Holiday Inn service. Also upon checking in the floor were not swept, but everything else was okay.
