There are three large bedrooms, with very comfortable beds, two queen beds and one futon.
One bedroom has a desk and a futon bed that can be converted to a couch to make a home office.
The house is north facing, with a double garage and plenty of off street parking and a well maintained garden.
The Christchurch Adventure Park and Victoria Park are nearby for those active enthusiasts. Or a short drive will take you to the CBD. You will have the entire property to yourself. Pets are welcome but we do have some rules so please enquire.
