This spacious 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom sleeps up to 8 and is in Highlands Reserve. As you enter the house, you step into the formal living room, with room to seat 6. A little further back and you’re now in the formal dining room, with room to seat 6. The kitchen is large, modern, and overlooks the second living room, which has a glass patio door that leads to the pool area. The kitchen also boasts a more informal wooden dining area that seats 4. The living room is the perfect spot to enjoy a spot of TV, unwind, and chat with your friends or family members. The master bedroom boasts a king-sized bed in a spacious, well-lit room. It also has a large sliding door that lets in plenty of natural sunlight and provides access to the patio area. Additionally, it has a large closet space, TV, and en-suite bathroom with corner tub and separate walk-in shower. Highlands reserve is a mixed golf community that sits on SR27 and is less than 10 miles from Disney world. The community is made up of both residential and short-term rental homes ranging from 3-6 bedrooms, the community is built and was designed around the golf course, so some homes have gorgeous golf course views. The community also has a children’s play lot, tennis courts and, of course, the golf course, practice area and small clubhouse. The golf course itself is very well known and was designed to be tree lined and undulating it was based on some of the Scottish golf courses with spacious fairways and large but very difficult greens. When you book one of the homes to stay in on vacation you get discounts for playing the golf course.
