Privately owned Villa located within the security and manicured grounds of the Palm Beach Resort. As long as private functions are not being held, you can purchase a "pool pass" for the duration of your stay for $25 per villa, and use the pool deck with large communal spa pool and outdoor swimming pool, there is also mini golf on site, $10 per adult
We also have a little a little "Waiheke Runabout" car which lives at the property, you can rent during your stay (please check availability if this is a pre-requisite).
If you have a current New Zealand, Australian or British passport, you can hire it for the day/nights of your stay for just $40.00 per day (less than half any rental car companies), and topping it back up before you leave it parked back up after your stay, you do need to pay a deposit of $500, as this is our insurance excess for any accidents, (you get this back after your stay)... if you are happy with this, the car is not booked at this time, and you are welcome to use it during your stay :) You are still welcome to take the car if you drive on the right hand side of the road at home, but the bond then increases to our insurance excess of $1000.
