Walk across to safe swimming beach or scuba dive off beach. Great place to bike around. Walking distance to South Bay domain. Childrens playground one house away on same side of road.
5 min drive to restaurants/pubs or walk 20 mins into Kaikoura township. Or use the Taxi service.
Walking distance to boat ramps/ Whale Watch Marina.
Relax and enjoy watching Dolphin Encounter and Whale Watch boats heading out to sea.

Summary: The location of the property had everything we wanted, the beautiful view of the bay with the stunning snowy mountains rising up and so close you could almost reach out and touch them.The beach was just across the road, ideal for a daily fossic among the wide varieties of seaweed and pebbles. There were lovely rock pools at low tide with some interesting sea life for observation. We would definitely return to K'orca Cottage.
