Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: A beautiful house with lots of room

Negative: We were emailed the wrong lock box code. When we arrived at the property we were not able to access the house. We tried to ring Bachcare and were told nobody could talk to us. We finally got through on the 3rd attempt with the correct lock box code. It was very stressful and upsetting especially with young children and it was 8 pm.
