You'll want to make the most of your holiday on the outdoor patio sitting at the wooden outdoor table with sun umbrella. This is the ideal vantage point to view the beach and village reserve while taking in the fresh seaside air.
Ready for a swim? Grab your towel and head to the beach which is right at the end of the lawn. On your return an outdoor shower lets you rinse off before relaxing on the patio and having a refreshing drink or something off the BBQ which is ready at hand.
Inside the house the Lounge features an Open Fireplace for those romantic winter evenings and the Fibre connected Free Wifi lets you stream any of your favourite streaming services directly from your phone or tablet via the Chromecast connected to the 32" Flat Screen TV.
The Kitchen is the original Formica so has that Retro feel that many guests love as it brings back memories of happier times. There is an Electric Oven & Stovetop, Microwave, Fridge/Freezer, Pots & Pans, Bowls, Baking trays and all the utensils you need for your stay. A small supply of the necessary items is provided to get you started and the Kuaotunu Store is close by for any last minute items.
The Beach View Bedroom looks out over the lawn to the Beach and beyond. A comfy Queen sized bed, Closet, Dresser and Side Drawers provide you with plenty of storage options.
The Garden View Bedroom looks out over the garden and contains a Queen Bed, Closet and a set of Tallboy drawers.
The Bathroom features a Shower, Vanity and a Full Bath should you feel like a long soak at the end of the day.
The Toilet is separate from the bathroom and has been recently updated to a modern Dual Flush cistern.
The Laundry has a modern Front Loader, Overhead Tumble Dryer, Wash Tub and the back door which provides direct access to the back yard and the large clothesline which is ideal for drying your beach towels and any laundry on the hot Summer days.
Full Linen Package Supplied: All bed linen, bath towels, hand towels, face cloths, bath mats and tea towels are provided for every reservation. The beds will be made up for your arrival so you can start your holiday straight away and not be worrying about what sheets and sizes to bring etc. I provide a fresh linen set every 6 nights so you won't have to do any laundry during your holiday.
